These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Partner Driver Benefits LLC (“Partner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and services. By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Partner Driver Benefits LLC does

Partner Driver Benefits LLC is a platform that connects eligible gig drivers with participating vehicle-care businesses offering cash back on eligible repairs, maintenance, tire services, auto body, auto glass, detailing, and car washes. Partner Driver Benefits LLC does not perform, supervise, or guarantee vehicle-care services.

2. Program availability

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue the program at any time. Participation and deal or cash-back approval are subject to Partner Driver Benefits LLC's review.

3. Deal claims and cash back

• A deal claim does not guarantee a particular participating business, appointment, repair, price, service, or cash-back payment.
• Cash-back offer rates are selected by participating businesses, start at 10%, and may vary by business, service, date, and other offer terms.
• Partner Driver Benefits LLC may verify eligibility, claimed deals, and receipts before approving cash back.
• Claim codes may not be transferred, duplicated, sold, or used fraudulently. Rewards remain pending while Partner verifies eligibility.
• Drivers pay the participating business's full bill. Partner ordinarily reviews complete claims within two to four business days, although fraud review, missing information, refunds, and processing outages may require additional time. After approval, Partner issues promotional reward credits to the driver's Rewards Balance.
• A Rewards Balance consists of nontransferable loyalty and promotional credits issued by Partner. It is not a bank account, deposit account, customer-funded wallet, or property held for a participating business. Drivers cannot purchase, add, or transfer credits. Eligible credits may be redeemed through supported third-party payment methods after a valid redemption request, subject to verification and provider processing.
• Receipts ordinarily must be submitted within 30 calendar days after service unless the displayed offer states a shorter lawful period.

4. Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site, claim, and receipt process honestly. You may not share or transfer your private account or submit another person's driver account as your own. Upload only the requested public driver-profile view. Your first name should be visible, but your full last name must not be visible. You do not need to crop your public profile photo or platform-displayed vehicle and license-plate details. Do not upload contact or financial information, government identification, customer information, QR codes, barcodes, or other documents that Partner Driver Benefits LLC has not requested.

5. Accounts and verification review

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used for your passwordless account. Verification images are stored privately and reviewed by an authorized person for completeness, platform consistency, readability, and fraud indicators. They are not sent to an outside AI service. Partner Driver Benefits LLC may require additional non-sensitive evidence.

6. Participating businesses are independent

Participating vehicle-care businesses are independent businesses. Partner Driver Benefits LLC does not guarantee their workmanship, availability, pricing, safety, warranties, or other services. Any purchase, repair, or service agreement is between the driver and the participating business.

7. Partner Driver Benefits LLC's fees

Participating businesses pay Partner a performance-based promotional fee only after Partner verifies an eligible customer purchase. The fee equals the business-selected offer percentage plus 5% of the eligible pre-tax subtotal. It is owed to Partner for promotion, customer acquisition, verification, and program administration. Partner separately issues and redeems promotional rewards from its program funds.

8. Misuse and suspension

We may reject applications, suspend claims, or restrict access when we reasonably believe information is inaccurate, a submission is duplicated or fraudulent, or the service is being misused.

9. No warranties

The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the website or services will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Partner Driver Benefits LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or participation in the program. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the program develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
