These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Partner Driver Benefits LLC website and pilot services. By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Partner Driver Benefits LLC does

Partner Driver Benefits LLC is a platform that connects eligible gig drivers with participating auto shops offering cash back on eligible maintenance and repairs. Partner Driver Benefits LLC does not perform, supervise, or guarantee automotive repair work.

2. Pilot program

Partner Driver Benefits LLC is currently operating as a pilot program. We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue the pilot at any time. Participation and deal or cash-back approval are subject to Partner Driver Benefits LLC's review.

3. Deal claims and cash back

• A deal claim does not guarantee a particular shop, appointment, repair, price, service, or cash-back payment.
• Cash-back rates are selected and funded by participating shops, start at 10%, and may vary by shop, service, date, and other shop terms.
• Partner Driver Benefits LLC may verify eligibility, claimed deals, and receipts before approving cash back.
• Claim codes may not be transferred, duplicated, sold, or used fraudulently. Cash back remains pending until the shop pays the related invoice.
• Drivers pay the shop's full bill. Cash back is not owed or released unless Partner verifies the claim and receives cleared payment from the shop. After cleared payment, Partner ordinarily initiates payout within five business days, subject to complete payout information, provider processing, fraud review, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Receipts ordinarily must be submitted within 30 calendar days after service unless the displayed offer states a shorter lawful period.

4. Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site, claim, and receipt process honestly. Do not upload government identification or other documents that Partner Driver Benefits LLC has not requested.

5. Auto shops are independent businesses

Participating auto shops are independent businesses. Partner Driver Benefits LLC does not guarantee their workmanship, availability, pricing, safety, warranties, or other services. Any repair or service agreement is between the driver and the shop.

6. Partner Driver Benefits LLC's fees

During the pilot, Partner Driver Benefits LLC earns a platform fee from participating shops equal to 5% of the eligible pre-tax subtotal. This fixed fee is paid by the participating shop in addition to the shop-selected driver cash-back funding.

7. Misuse and suspension

We may reject applications, suspend claims, or restrict access when we reasonably believe information is inaccurate, a submission is duplicated or fraudulent, or the service is being misused.

8. No warranties

The pilot website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the website or pilot will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Partner Driver Benefits LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or participation in the pilot. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the pilot develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
