Partner Driver Benefits LLC (“Partner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and platform connecting gig drivers with participating vehicle-care businesses offering cash back on eligible repairs, maintenance, tire services, auto body, auto glass, detailing, and car washes. This policy explains the information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Important: Upload only the requested, platform-specific public driver view. Keep your first name visible, but make sure your full last name is not visible. You do not need to crop your public profile photo or vehicle and license-plate details shown in that view. Do not upload addresses, contact information, emergency contacts, earnings, financial information, government identification, customer information, QR codes, barcodes, or unrelated private information.

1. Information we collect

When you claim a cash-back deal or submit a receipt, we may collect your first name, last initial, email address, gig-driver platform, the public-profile screenshot submitted for verification, which may include the first name, public profile photo, and vehicle or license-plate details displayed by the platform; verification review records, claim details, receipt images, participating-business information, and cash-back status. Payment information may be requested separately only when needed to deliver an approved payment.

When a partner business applies, we may collect the legal business or trade name, owner or manager name, business contact information, location, business type, services, cash-back offer information, electronic-signature name and title, signing-authority confirmation, agreement acceptance, acceptance time, and any message you provide.

We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website and forms.

2. How we use information

Review and process driver and partner-business applications and retain signed participation-agreement records.
Verify driver eligibility and help prevent unauthorized claims.
Communicate with applicants about applications, participating businesses, and program operations.
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the website and program.
Detect spam, duplicate submissions, fraud, or unusual activity.
Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and security of Partner Driver Benefits LLC and others.

3. Service providers

We use third-party services to operate parts of the website and forms. For example, Netlify provides website hosting and automated processing, Supabase provides authentication, private file storage, and database services. Driver-verification screenshots are not sent to an outside artificial-intelligence service. Information may be processed and stored by these providers only as necessary to provide their services.

4. Driver verification images

Driver verification and receipt images are collected only for the program's eligibility, transaction-verification, cash-back, and fraud-prevention processes. Verification images are reviewed by an authorized person. We do not ask you to submit government identification. Files are stored in private storage, and access is limited to the submitting account and authorized reviewers or service providers with a legitimate business need.

5. Retention

Our target retention periods, subject to legal holds and applicable law, are: driver-verification images, automatically deleted 30 days after a final verification decision; rejected or abandoned application information, 90 days; claim, receipt, invoice, rebate, commission, refund, and payout records, seven years; signed partner-business agreements and amendments, the agreement term plus seven years; and routine security logs, 12 months. We may retain records longer when reasonably required for fraud prevention, disputes, contracts, tax reporting, or law, and may delete information earlier when it is no longer needed.

6. Your choices and questions

If you want to ask about information you submitted or request that we review or delete information that we no longer need, contact Partner Driver Benefits LLC at contact@partnerdriverbenefits.com. We may need to retain certain information when required for legal, security, contractual, or legitimate business purposes.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the program to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We may update this policy as Partner Driver Benefits LLC develops. The “Last updated” date above will change when material updates are made.
