Partner Driver Benefits LLC (“Partner Driver Benefits LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this pilot website and platform connecting gig drivers with participating auto shops offering cash back on maintenance and repairs. This policy explains the information we collect through this website and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
When you claim a cash-back deal or submit a receipt, we may collect your name, email address, gig-driver platform, city, the driver-profile screenshot or photo submitted for verification, claim details, receipt images, transaction amounts, shop information, cash-back status, preferred digital-wallet method, and the wallet email, phone number, or handle needed to deliver an approved payment.
When a shop applies, we may collect the legal business or shop name, owner or manager name, business contact information, location, shop type, services, cash-back offer information, electronic-signature name and title, signing-authority confirmation, agreement acceptance, acceptance time, and any message you provide.
We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website and forms.
2. How we use information
- Review and process driver and shop applications and retain signed participation-agreement records.
- Verify driver eligibility for the pilot and help prevent unauthorized claims.
- Communicate with applicants about applications, participating shops, and pilot operations.
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the website and pilot.
- Detect spam, duplicate submissions, fraud, or unusual activity.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and security of Partner Driver Benefits LLC and others.
3. Service providers
We use third-party services to operate parts of the website and forms. For example, Netlify provides website hosting and form-processing services, and Supabase provides database services. Information submitted through Partner Driver Benefits LLC forms may be processed and stored by these providers as necessary to provide their services.
4. Driver verification images
Driver verification and receipt images are collected only for the pilot's eligibility, transaction-verification, cash-back, and fraud-prevention processes. We do not ask you to submit government identification. We intend to limit access to submitted information to people and service providers who need it for legitimate business purposes.
5. Retention
Our target retention periods, subject to legal holds and applicable law, are: driver-verification images, 90 days after the application decision; rejected or abandoned application information, 90 days; claim, receipt, invoice, rebate, commission, refund, and payout records, seven years; signed shop agreements and amendments, the agreement term plus seven years; and routine security logs, 12 months. We may retain records longer when reasonably required for fraud prevention, disputes, contracts, tax reporting, or law, and may delete information earlier when it is no longer needed.
6. Your choices and questions
If you want to ask about information you submitted or request that we review or delete information that we no longer need, contact Partner Driver Benefits LLC at contact@partnerdriverbenefits.com. We may need to retain certain information when required for legal, security, contractual, or legitimate business purposes.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the pilot to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Partner Driver Benefits LLC develops. The “Last updated” date above will change when material updates are made.
